Barcode for the customer

The customers that would like to use Scalapay instore will have to follow these steps.

IMPORTANT

The barcode is valid for 10 minutes: the customer can complete the order within this time frame.

The minimum amount of the order cannot be lower than 5 euros and the minimum threshold depends on the merchant’s contract with Scalapay.

The total amount must be lower or equal to the amount requested.

1. The customers will have to choose the store where they would like to buy from the list of Scalapay's partners stores.

2. The customers will have to choose and confirm the desired amount and they will receive the immediate approval.

3. The customers will have to click on "Create Barcode". They will have to show the Barcode at the shop counter to complete the payment for their purchase.

4. The shop will scan the Barcode and confirm the order. The first instalment is paid immediately while the others after 1 and 2 months respectively.

Barcode for the merchant

The merchants that would like to use Scalapay instore will have to follow these steps.

1. Access your Scalapay Partner Portal from the following site www.partner.scalapay.com.
2. Enter the customer's Barcode and the amount that has to be paid.
3. Confirm the payment.
