I cannot find a paid order in the backend of Scalapay.
I would like to process the refunds in the plugin.
A customer cannot place an order.
There are some issues in order processing.
A customer was required to verify the ID.


  • I cannot find a paid order in the backend of Scalapay.

    If a user paid an order but you cannot find it anywhere, login to your Merchant Portal, go to the Sales tab and check if there is any filter active that does not allow you to see the complete list of the orders. The Merchant Portal automatically filters per last week orders by default.
    You can set the filters on the order date you wish to see.
    If you still cannot find your order, please contact our merchant support here.

  • I would like to process the refunds in the plugin.

    To get more information about the refunds please go to the following link and click on our chat at the bottom right of the page: here.

  • A customer cannot place an order.

    The customers may not be able to place an order for several reasons. The best way to help them is to address them here.

  • There are some issues in order processing.

    Please contact us here asking for support with all the order details: order token, user email, order data.

  • A customer was required to verify the ID.

    If a customers is required to verify his ID, please address him here.
