• How can I change the minimum and maximum amount?

  If you wish to change the minimum and/or maximum amount, please contact your Sale. If you don't have one, please contact us here.

• How can I make a test order?

  You can find here all the instructions on how to make a test order.

• How can I integrate Scalapay with third parties?

  Third parties integration feasibility needs to be verified by your team. You can find here all the information about our API technology.

• I am testing and the system asked my ID verification. Is it a normal flow?

  It could happen in some particular cases. Contact your Integration Manager to validate your ID.

• I receive notifications related to an order test. How can I solve this?

  You can enter this Portal and pay the remaining instalments in your test account. In any case, it is a test order, so no fund will be released from your account.

• I am testing the Plugin but I cannot place a test order. What can I do?

  There could be many reasons why this happens:

  • Check if you are purchasing a product that exceeds the maximum amount agreed with your Sale.
  • Check if you have paid all the test order. Remember to pay the orders already placed and then try again.
  • Check with another browser and clear your cache. If you still cannot proceed, please contact your Integration Manager.

• Are currencies other than EUR available on Scalapay?

  Euro is the only supported currency for the moment.

• How can I appear on the Scalapay Homepage?

  All the merchants that activated Scalapay will be added to the Marketplace. Just give us a couple of days and we will add your logo on our website. If you have any specific requirements, contact our marketing team here: [email protected].

• Where can I get the marketing material for my website?

  The Account team will send you the marketing kit. You can also find it here.
