  • How can I change minimum and maximum amount?
    If you wish to change the minimum amount, please contact your Salesperson and after the Integration Manager.
    If you want to change the maximum amount, please contact your Salesperson.

  • How can I update the logo?
    If you wish to update your logo you can write to [email protected]

  • How can I make an order test?
    You can find all the instruction on how to make an order test here

  • How can I integrate Scalapay with third parties?
    Third parties integration feasibility needs to be verified by your team. Please, find all the information about our API technology here.

  • I am testing and the system asked my ID verification. Is it a normal flow?
    It could happen in some particular cases. Contact your Integration Manager to validate your ID.

  • I am still receiving SMS from the order test. How can I solve this?
    You can enter this portal and pay the remaining instalments in your test account. In any case, don't worry because it is simply an order test, so no fund will be released from your account.

  • I am testing the plugin, but I cannot place an order test. What can I do?
    There could be many reasons why this happens:
    -Check if you are purchasing a product that exceeds the maximum amount agreed with your Salesperson.
    -Check if you have paid all the order tests. If this is the case, please, pay the orders already done and then retry.
    -Check with another browser and clear your cache.
    If you still cannot proceed, please contact your Integration Manager.

  • Are currencies other than EUR available on Scalapay?
    Unfortunately, Euro is the only supported currency for the moment.

  • I would like to appear in the Scalapay Homepage website. How can I do?
    All merchant which have activated Scalapay will be added in Marketplace. Just give us a couple of days, and we will add your logo on our website. If you have any specific requirements, contact our marketing team [email protected]

  • Where can I get marketing material I can add on my website?
    The Account team will contact you to send you the marketing kit, or if you want, you can find it here , in the section dedicated to marketing resources.
